Terms and Conditions

Top50 Scrappers is owned by x3 Internet Solutions and are dedicated to providing the most fair and safe experience for all our users. These terms will be enforced and failure to abide by these terms could result in you being permanently banned from the list. By signing up and using this site you agree to all terms and conditions.

Do you allow listings on both Top50 Scrappers and Top50 Crafters?
No, you cannot be listed on any of our other Top Listing Sites. (Top50 Crafters, Crafty Sales or Crafty Blogs) if you want to be listed on this site.

How does it work?
Once you have completed the sign up form you will be given some HTML code to place on your site. This code will show a small banner on your site depicting your ranking on our list. Our system monitors this banner on your site and counts the number of unique visitors to your site, the more unique visitors the higher your possible ranking.

1. Your site must be owned by a small, independent UK Business or UK Resident. We do not allow auction sites to be listed.

2. If your site is a store, then the content must be predominantly scrapbooking supplies. If your site is an informational site or forum, this must be predominantly related to scrapbooking.

3. The button must remain on at least the home page of your site or it will automatically be deleted. Any site that has not recieved a hit in 10 days will be automatically deleted.

4. If you sell any goods or services on your website, a full mailing address, including door number and email address must be included on your website, even if it is an internet only business and not a bricks and mortar shop. 5. You may not place the code for the Ranking Banner that we provide on multiple domains or multiple sites. If you have a forum and a shop then you will need to register twice. The URL link in your User Control Panel, on Top50 Scrappers, must go to the page with the Top50 image button on it. The Top50 button or any part of its code must not be sent in emails or form part of a newsletter.

6. Inappropriate content will not be tolerated and will lead to your account being banned. This includes but not limited to pornography, cursing, or harassment.

7. Cheating our system to try and improve your ranking by any means will lead to your site being removed from our list. This includes placing the button code on another site.

8. At no time does x3 Internet Solutions LLP. guarantee that the site will be available and can be taken down at any time without reason.

9. x3 Internet Solutions LLP. is not responsible for any connectivity issues or loss of account information outside of our power.

10. x3 Internet Solutions LLP. will not be held responsible for any indirect or sub sequential loss, damage, or profit arising from your use of this website. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the content of this website contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose. Any information given or granted by a customer service facility shall be taken at your own risk. All trademarks and trade names are the exclusive property of the respective owners.

11. x3 Internet Solutions LLP. is the exclusive owner and operator of this website which is provided on these terms and conditions. By accessing and using this website you voluntarily accept these terms and conditions which shall be governed according to the laws practiced in the United Kingdom. Certain portions of this website are provided for your own personal use, while some restricted areas of the site are solely for staff use.
